How Do I Know PCIT Will Actually Help?

How PCIT Helps

Deciding to commit your family’s time and effort to Pocket PCIT for the next four weeks is a really big decision. Many people who have a lingering problem want a solution that will work. We also want to know whether something will work before we make a commitment. Hopefully, by watching the following video, you will get a better idea of how PCIT can help your family. While Pocket PCIT does not provide coaching of your interactions with your child, you will learn the same strategies used in actual PCIT. If you think you might need the help of a PCIT therapist, you can find certified therapists on the PCIT International website.
