The Time-Out Chair

Use these Exact Words: "You didn't do what I told you to do so you have to sit on the time-out chair."

Once your Child is on the Chair, say these Exact Words: "Stay on the chair until I say you can get off." Then Start the Time-Out Timer Below. 

Obey

Click if your child obeyed or is obeying after 5 seconds

Disobey

Click if your child says no, doesn't start obeying, or stops obeying after 5 seconds

​Child got off the chair

Click if your child got off the chair before 3 min + 5 sec of quiet
